Watchtowers is made by Nuthatch Networks LLC. This page explains what information the app handles and how you can reach us about it.
Information we collect
Watchtowers does not require an account. Puzzle progress, difficulty preference, and streak history are stored on your device. We also receive limited, non-identifying analytics and purchase information through the service providers described below, which helps us improve the game and manage optional features. If you contact us by email, we keep that message so we can reply.
Analytics and diagnostics
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the game is played in aggregate — for example which puzzles are started, completed, or abandoned, solve times, difficulty, and hint usage. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. We may also receive anonymous crash and performance reports from Apple.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple; we never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and unlock premium features, which receives transaction information and an anonymous app-assigned identifier for this purpose.
Children
Watchtowers is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share limited, non-identifying data with the service providers described above (TelemetryDeck and RevenueCat) solely to operate the app, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
Deleting the app removes the puzzle data stored on your device. You may email us to request deletion of any correspondence we hold.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
